Moving and Uverse

I put in a request to have my TV and WiFi service moved, and the assistance I have received from AT&T has been nothing short of abysmal.  I made my request online to move services twice and it was rejected twice.  Then, when I get it scheduled and the technician shows up, and says he cannot do anything until a lineman comes on Monday to fix something.  This was Saturday.  The lineman actually shows up 45 minutes later and fixes the problem in 20 minutes.  When I try to reschedule, I now Have to wait an additional 7 days to get the inside work done.

 

I have been a loyal customer for 15 years.  I demand that I not be charged for data use on my phone since I will have been without WiFi at home for 10 days, and I would prefer a date earlier than next week Monday.  I was insulted that I was required to sign up for auto ay when I movedy services.  If someone could assis me, I would appreciate it.  It was never this difficult in the past.
