The Zoom feature is cumbersome to use.  You should have used one of the remaining 2 buttons for that.  Other providers have a dedicated button for "zoom".

Next time ask users for inputs prior to programming the buttons .The CC was a good idea that was brought up by users before.

I gave up on asking for any form of slow-motion.

@chiefdore - The zoom  button was once just fore zooming. The developers do not understans not adding clicks. Remove clicks.

Other items were added thinking only of those items. Not thinking of the original intent. Also, the zoom coud be autoamtic by allowing presetting by channel & applying it to only those channel or thebutton , which would return to normal when the channel is changed.

All the othe menu items can be removed, except add/remove to favorites which be second on the menu after zoom settings. Which could be on he first menu, instead of a second menu.

Reduce every click possible!

What is so cumbersome about using the zoom feature? You push either the Options or CC button and push the directional down arrow to zoom.

@JohninFL - RE:

When I press the enter/zoom button it brings up a bloated menu that requires another four clicks

to get to the setting menu. Additional clicks could be saved by starting opposite the existing setting & allowing wrap around navigation.

Does Options button mean enter/zoom button?

CC is the C button to toggle  CC. It is supposed to be one button CC toggle & should not involve zoom.

I have two remotes that don't work at all, even with new batteries, no lights flash at all, would like two new ones.
