Remote volume with roku
I have a new Roku tv. Set up everything according to directions. Roku remote works fine, got the ATT Uverse to work, however the power on and power off, along with volume/mute controls will not work on my S30 remote. Why? Everything else does. Ran through remote set up procedure 20 times....nothing changes and it keeps giving me the same instructions. Is this a flaw in the system????

We recommend troubleshooting your U-Verse TV Remote Control. Once you get there, you will want to scroll down to the section labeled No/Intermittent Response. You can skip changing the batteries since you already did that.
