Sound Turns Off when fast forward/rewinding after update

Our TV has been having sound issues since the most recent update. Like many of you, our sound was very low after the update, and I have been able to fix that issue. However, whenever we use the DVR and either fast-forward or rewind, the sound cuts off and will not come back on unless we turn the TV off and back on again. 

Anyone else having this issue??
