I was having sound issues with u-verse remote. I have sound now, but when I push volume on remote control, I have a horn on the upper right corner of tv screen. How do I get rid of it and go back to the volume line at the bottom of the screen? Thanks

The horn (with a slash through it, probably) sounds like your TV's mute indicator. If you're getting it when you're pushing volume up, then your remote is improperly configured for your TV... try doing the remote programming again (use the help channels if you don't know how). If you repeat the programming and it happens again, don't stop when the TV reacts the first time... use the TV remote to turn it back on and keep going until the next time.
