TV PICTURE FREEZES
ABOUT EVERY 30 MINUTES THE TV PICTURE FREEZES. I CAN CHANGE CHANNELS AND EVERYTHING RETURNS TO NORMAL. THEN 30 MINUTES LATER THE SAME THING HAPPENS. ANY SUGGESTIONS.

Unplug everything.
Plug your gateway back in and wait for normal operations.
Plug your WAP back in and wait for normal operations.
Plug your DVR back in and wait for normal operations.
Plug your other TV receivers back in and wait for normal operations.
As you're plugging it all back in, make sure all connections are tight.

How many receivers?
Happens on all receivers, all channels? Or just certain receiver or certain channel?
Does it happen if watching the SD channel instead of HD channel?
Do you have ATT internet? What speed tier subscription?
While my initial thought is the receiver is on coax cable, it might be a wireless receiver or on Ethernet… but coax can easily cause problems over time. If only one receiver affected, problem is the receiver or the connection to receiver or Foreign Voltage to the receiver most often from the tv through the HDMI cable requiring improved grounding of equipment.
If all channels, all receivers suggest issue at gateway or before such as flaky port at VRAD.
When you switch channel and then back you are cancelling the multicast stream and then going to uni cast stream for a short period of time then rejoins the multicast.
