Units not listed on ATT Map for Uverse TV

We have tried to contact At&t regarding an availability of uverse service issue for our property.  The site was built in 2013.  Some of our units onsite can receive service however some of them cannot.  We have current residents who are listed and some that are not.  Building 2 is not listed at all for any service and we do have the AT&T fiber throughout the property.  Only a few units are listed on the At&T website and the map does not show the entire property.  At&t has the incorrect information for our site.  No one has ever contacted us regarding this issue and I have been trying to get this resolved starting about two years ago.  Please give me a call at ***

@carrcentralapts, you have made a post an a public forum provided for AT&T users to communicate with other AT&T users. You should not post your full name or any identifying or private information such as your telephone number in such a forum.

 

While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, you should have no expectation that any particular action will come from such a post.  You might want to look at https://www.att.com/att/multifamily-property/ .  Assuming your property is big enough to qualify, these folks will be able to best assist you.

If you don't get any assistance from that link, then you can try clicking this Customer Service link to send a Private Message (PM) to the AT&T customer service team to help you resolve your request. You can expect a reply via return PM (the blue envelope in the upper right hand corner of this site, next to your avatar and name) in a business day or three. You can speed things up by including your name, Billing Account Number and the best way and time to reach you.
