Uverse pausing/buffering every few mins

Is anyone having issues with their Uverse? I can't get support for my issue from AT&T. Our main TV is freezing up every few mins., when it unfreezes it the screen looks digitized for a couple of seconds. We have a new TV and box. Any suggestions or help is appreciated..I apologize for my lack of tech talk.

Have you rebooted anything?  Receiver?  DVR?  Gateway?

I'm having the same issue with lots of pixilation and sound dropping on my coax wired DVR, but only between 7PM and 8PM (before time changed) and now between 8PM and 9PM (after Sundays time change).  It doesn't happen on the other two remote coax wired boxes and has been occurring for the last two weeks.

I have searched the house and we have nothing is running that could interfere with a signal.  Rebooting the gateway and the DVR doesn't help.  The other 23 hours a day the picture is perfect.  Any ideas?

Something with that specific location… I am thinking power related causing brown out…. Anything with motor or compression on the ac circuit? Or dimmer switch?

If not sure what outlets are connected, determine the outlet by switching off circuit breakers… once known turn everything on in all rooms including lights, appliances, entertainment devices, etc then flip off the one circuit breaker. What else goes off when lose power to the receiver?

Note you can try swapping receivers on coax to see if the problem stays at the location or follows the receiver to different location.
