Uverse remote

How do I get a new uverse remote? I’ve called customer support and never got to a representative. I’ve tried to chat online and I can’t get past the virtual representative.

I went there and it showed unavailable. I finally got through to someone through chat and she supposedly was able to order me replacement. We shall see.

However, they seem to be out of stock. I had a very difficult time getting a replacement a year or two ago.

Any replacement at this point in time will likely be refurbished, have not seen a new remote available in years at the garage level.

EBAY or Craigslist or of see a Uverse tech truck could ask if they have any, again expect refurbished.
