What do you get with ALL INCLUDED?

I was wondering what is in ALL INCLUDED? for instance u-verse tv I get the U-300 package for $127 does that cover 1 DVR receiver and 3 other receivers? and are there any other fees? I just find the Terms STANDALONE, RACK RATE, STANDARD & ALL INCLUDED confusing.

U-verse All Included: U300 $127 = What fees, other charges are included? Do i get free receivers DVR/Regular with HD Included

U-verse Standard: U300 $99 = do i pay for $15 DVR/$7 Regular receiver + fees and other charges.
