Wireless receiver trouble.

Ok, so I had a wireless receiver installed yesterday and everything was working fine until this morning. I turned the tv and receiver on and got the message 'This set top box does not match account settings.' What does that mean and how can I correct it? I tried the live chat option, but the person that I was communicating with just left the chat.

-I called in and spoke to a service representative. He was able to help me. This was much faster!

I apologize about the issues you are having with your new wireless receiver, but I will be glad to help. Usually, when it says the account settings do not match, there might be an issue with the receiver or your profile.
