Wireless receivers restarting every 10-15 seconds
The DVR is working fine. Every time we turn on one of the wireless receivers they keep auto restarting about every 10-15 seconds. Swapped HDMI cables and still doing it. Then swapped boxes, now both wireless receiver boxes are restarting every 10-15 seconds.
Tried the Non-Destructive recovery mentioned for DVR on the wireless boxes 3 times but still restarting. Afraid to try the Non-Destructive recovery on the DVR because it's the only receiver working right now. Ideas?! Help?!

Do it on the DVR. You'll lose your recordings. Most of the time it's a DVR problem causing this.

You need to do what I mentioned above "Do it on the DVR. You'll lose your recordings. Most of the time it's a DVR problem causing this." You need to do the Non-Destructive recovery DVR most likely.

Hi @mwhitema ,
I am so sorry about the issues you are having with your U-verse TV service. Hopefully, the information that Darknessrise got everything going. If not, there may be an issue with the DVR and it needs to get replaced. I will send you a private message just in case you need help getting that done.
