Cannot connect to 3rd party apps like starz or hbo

Hi, I’m having the same problem many many people are also experiencing. I am unable to use any 3rd party apps for channels I am subscribed to enjoy extra content like HBO & starz. They say I am not subscribed but I am watching the channels on U-verse as we speak. It just won’t authorize me on the apps after I enter in my At&T U-verse credentials.

Happy to help! Have you already gone to https://soc.att.com/2J5qcXM to make sure you completed the registration? Please double check to make sure that's not the cause of the error message.

Thank you for your reply. I’ve got all my services listed from U-verse to internet and cell service when I log in to this site or the myAT&T app. I am not sure what you mean by completing my registration. I can’t find anywhere to do that.

Thank you for reaching back to us here, we'd love to help! What device are using? Did you register and sign up for the 3rd party app? You login credentials are correct since you can login and view content on your Uverse app.

To get started, we suggest that you Clear Cache and Browsing History on your device, uninstall and reinstall your 3rd party and then try again.
