Disable Movie Rentals
My elderly mother is accidentally renting movies and racking up charges. She's deaf and quarantined in assisted living so I cannot go in to try to disable it. I've searched the site and app and cannot find a way to turn off movie rentals On Demand. Help?

What you want is Parental Controls and that has to be setup on the receiver.
As someone who has had family members in different assisted living situations, the only advice I can give is if you can find a sympathetic aide that can follow the instructions as shown HERE to set up the parental controls.
Once parental controls are installed on the receiver, you can control the settings using the app.
