Error 3.8
Really getting sick of this.
I don't pay nearly $200.00 a month for access to a service I can't ever get at.
No matter what browser I try I can't watch anything through Uverse. I have to go to HBO or Cinemax etc websites directly. I have Flash, Java, SilverLight and all the other crap you always say to update (just to have something to tell people to do because that never fixes anything.)
What is the point of the "Try Again" button on the page, to let us feel proactive?
Nothing has changed in the last ten seconds so why would it load after clicking "Try Again" if it didn't come up moments ago?
I don't have time to sit on hold and have someone tell me to try to update my browser, I did that on my own. What I want is for you to fix your site so we can get to it. There are far too many people having this issue for it to be chalked up to operator error. It is not my browser, scripts, connection or anything else I can fix.
We are paying you for a service, PROVIDE IT.
PS: Thanks for the super helpful page that lists 3.8 as an UNKNOWN ERROR.
That really aids in sorting your issues out on our end.

Do you have Uverse HSI internet first of all? That is a requirement.
If yes, what browser/version are you running that has problems?
Here I connect, no problem on FF 33.01 or IE 11.0.9600. But on FF, had to whitelist Disconnect Me b4 it would work properly. Still have my MVPS Hosts file working too. 😉
