Error Code 3.8 for Mac Chrome and Safari - https related?
I get an error code 3.8 trying to use uverse live on Mac OS with either Chrome or Safari. Looking at the javascript error logs in Safari, I see the following:

[Error] Blocked a frame with origin "https://s-static.ak.facebook.com" from accessing a frame with origin "http://uverse.com". The frame requesting access has a protocol of "https", the frame being accessed has a protocol of "http". Protocols must match.

[Error] Blocked a frame with origin "http://static.ak.facebook.com" from accessing a frame with origin "http://uverse.com". The frame requesting access set "document.domain" to "facebook.com", but the frame being accessed did not. Both must set "document.domain" to the same value to allow access.

It appears the page is trying to load ad campaign content via a straight "http" connection, however both browsers force an SSL connection, so they are rejecting the unsecure frames. I don't think there is a way to turn off SSL in either browser (and I shouldn't have to anyway).
This seems like a coding error on ATT's part.
ATT online chat support was useless.
Can anyone confirm or help?

@markdlogan Has it worked before w/https? Do you have EFF https extension on Chrome?

Thanks for the reply, Chris. I have not successfully used it before.
I tried three separate browsers--Chrome, Safari and Firefox. All have the same error.
I don't have the EFF extension, because it's my understanding that the latest Chrome browsers force https connections. I used to have an extension that did the same thing, but it's redundant now.
I believe the problem is that the frames that ATT has coded into their site are making unencrypted http calls, and the browsers are blocking content in those insecure frames. There doesn't appear to be a way to disable https in any of the browsers to allow for unencrypted content.

Having the same issue on my mac since yesterday. I unstalled and reinstalled silverlight as att community recommended but it didn't help. Is there a fix yet? Thanks!
