HBO Go/Max Go and Showtime Anytime Sign In Problems

For the past month I have had troubles logging into my premium content websites (HBO Go etc.) Every time I try to sign in and select AT&T U-verse it doesn't even take me to the page to put in my credentials, it goes back to the home screen ans says that I do not have HBO, Cinemax, or Showtime (depends on which site I'm logging into) in my package even though I do. I called AT&T twice about it and they took me through all the troubleshooting options and they came up with no luck at the end and no answers why its happening. I'm connected to my wireless gateway, AT&T refreshed my password, I tried a different DNS server, different browsers, cleared my browsers data multiple times, AT&T cleared my account data one time on the phone and that didn't work! So I'm lost for different tricks etc. Is anyone else experiencing this or know what I can do. I hope an AT&T employee can answer me!!! Yes I can log into uverse.com to look at content but I stil can't log back into HBO Go, etc. on my Apple TV etc. Thanks

Think it might be something w/Apple TV?  Can you connect the computer by ethernet to the RG and see if you can log in? Smiley Surprised

I dont think it has nothing to do with Apple Tv (or any third-party device). Yes I tried the ethernet cable and nothing happend. I called AT&T again and they took my account "switched servers" and that only worked on my phone on Showtime but not for HBO Go.

Solution!!

I logged into uverse.com to watch a movie (since I couldnt on HBO Go, Showtime Anytime, and Max Go) and when I got to my movie, as it was loading, I looked down below the embeded video and there is a link that says "Explore HBO Go." CLICK THAT LINK! It will then send you to HBO Go (for Showtime Anytime you must click "login" then it'll automatically sign you in) and you're automatically signed in! I have found that you can do this technique if you're at the home address connected on your RG or away on another wireless router. Enjoy! Hopefully HBO doesn't see this post and try to get rid of this technique and please share this news, a lot of other AT&T U-verse subscibers are having the same issue that I had!!!
