I can't download the Live Player Plug In On Windows 8

I am trying to watch Live Tv on my computer but when I click the button to download the Live Player Plug In, nothing happens. I have tried downloading it on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer but to no avail. I have Java installed and I have verified that I have it about 20 times now. I'm running Windows 8. I also tried it on 3 different computers but still nothing. I have been trying to fix this problem for about 4 hours now and it is extremely frustating.
