Is GOL TV back in the sports package?
i just noticed that I can now watch GOL TV, even though I do not subscribe to the Spanish language package. Is this just a promotional thing for The Spanish package, or has AT&T added it back to the sports package (which I get)? I could not find the page that lists the channels for each package.

It's a free offer of the Spanish package, going on for a few weeks. Everyone gets it and it'll turn off automatically. You will not be billed for this.
It includes all Spanish-language channels except for Disney-whatever-it-is and ESPN Deportes. It *does* include both BeIN channels in HD and SD.
If you wanted to keep GolTV, I would upgrade the day before the first day you'd need it. They may be willing to give you a month free. When the month ends, downgrade until you'd need it again.
