MTV Classic
Noticing Channel 520 is having a picture and audio problem lately. Like it’s a very low bitrate stream. This is on all of the boxes, and I am not having this problem with any other channel, so I think it might be an AT&T problem. Who can look into this a bit more?

If it was an AT&T issue, you'd probably have issues on other channels.

My 520 is working properly which would indicate something on your end. Try rebooting your equipment.

I did reboot the equipment. It didn't used to be like this. It's a minor issue but I notice it quite a bit, particularly the sound. I have DVR recordings of this channel from awhile ago and can tell the difference.
