Problems with content provider sites (HBO GO and FX in particular)
I have been trying to log into HBO Go, but I keep getting a message telling me my subscription does not include HBO Go, which it most definitely does. I have a very similar error when I try to watch FX programming on through FXNOW. I have found a few people on here who have had the same problem in the past, but no answers. I also called customer support which did not help either. It does it on both my PC and my Xbox One. Any resolution? How about assigning me a new AT&T ID?

Is it LTE or WiFi? At home or elsewhere? I assume this is on a tablet or phone as opposed to a computer.
Delete the apps. Restart the phone. Try it again. If still nothing, I believe each user is allowed several subaccounts, although *if* this works, it may only be temporary...there's certainly an issue. I had such an issue until I realized I was accessing the business WiFi and it was somehow using *their* AT&T account info to validate *my* HBOGo access.

Could not get FXNOW to authorrize on FF 35.01, but did get shows playing and authorized on IE 11.0.9600.
On FF, saw smlpost 2.0, 'sorry could not complete your request at this time' from ATT. 😉

Thanks for the tips. I tried both LTE and wifi and on a laptop and android phone using IE, FF, and Chrome. I'll try to find the option to create subaccounts but it appears to be a problem with the U-Verse account information the API passes to HBO and other online services. Maybe the API pulls from a different account database that isn't updated as often.

I would send a PM to the "customer care" link in the above signature. Include your billing number and a good phone number as well as a link to this thread.
