Recorded show was set up, but disappeared from Guide and is no longer set to record

I made sure that the first episode of Season 11 on Hallmark's When Calls the Heart was set to record (red button on) for Sunday, April 7 from 9-10 pm EDT. Now when I look at Scheduled Recordings it is not listed, although the following week (4/14) is still listed as scheduled and appears in the Guide. The 4/7 Hallmark show of WCTH does not even appear in the Guide and it was there previously. The 2 hour  movie on at 7 is showing it's on until10.What would cause this.  It's a special show to start the season.  I hope you can help me in time. If you need to call, reach out after 2 pm.

It appears someone has messed up the guide for the Hallmark Channel being given to DIRECTV which is being used for U-verse.  The show in front of it appears to be 3 hours in the guide. I would suggest that you schedule a recording of the Blind Date Book Club.  Quickly.

Hi @b_cromer,

We understand that you're unable to view scheduled recording for When Calls the Heart series. We hear you, and we'll be glad to assist you.

Ensure that your U-verse TV signal is strong and stable. Sometimes disruptions in the signal can affect scheduled recordings. Verify that your receiver is properly connected to the network and functioning correctly.

Occasionally, guide data may not update correctly. Try refreshing your guide by following these steps:

  1. Press the Menu button on your remote.
  2. Navigate to Options or Settings (depending on your receiver model).
  3. Look for an option related to Guide Refresh or Update Guide.
  4. Initiate the guide update process.
  5. Wait for a few minutes and check if the show reappears in your scheduled recordings.

We recommend that you check if there are any other scheduled recordings during the same time slot (9-10 pm EDT) on the same channel. If there’s a conflict, the system might prioritize one recording over another.

U-verse TV allows you to set priorities for series recordings. If you have multiple series set to record, the system may prioritize one series over another. Verify that When Calls the Heart has the highest priority in your series recording settings.

If the issue still persists, we recommend that you go through this article which will help you learn how to troubleshoot problems with your U-verse TV DVR recordings.

If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We'll be happy to assist you. We hope you enjoy the premiere show.

Same situation here. I have it set to record and episode 1 was set to record but now when I check what's scheduled it starts with episode 2 on 4/14 as being the next one scheduled for When calls the heart.

This is what I assumed I should do - go ahead and record the show when it was originally scheduled even though the AT&T Guide had something different.  It worked.   Thanks.  It was interesting to see someone else had noticed the same thing.
