Hello @emmasonickley, we will be happy to offer a helping hand with your viewing question.

When you are trying to watch Fox News, are you viewing on your home Wi-Fi, or outside your residence? If it is outside your residence, then the U-Verse app can limit what you view. When you are on your home network, you should be able to view everything.

Please let us know the results.

I was at home. It was not through the app, it was just the fox news website

Thank you for that information, @emmasonickley!

We recommend attempting to clear the cache and cookies on your mobile browser. Doing this can clear any browser settings that may be causing the error. Along with that we advise resetting the password on your U-Verse account password and this can re-sync the account. This sometimes corrects the error you are receiving.

Let us know if this helps! If not, we have a few more things we can try.

@danskermor  You responded to post that's a year old. It might be best if you start a new post and clearly state your issue (what you are trying to watch, how, and with what). That way the replies you get will be current and for your particular issue.
