Unable to schedule recordings via the app

I am unable to schedule recordings on certain channels via the app. The guide says there is no information available at the time for that channel. Any ideas?

Wait a few minutes with the app open to see if the programming information appears?

In certain cases, waiting does help. Other ti.rs, I can wait forever and the information is not there.

Is it towards the end of the two weeks when programming information can be viewed? You may just need to wait until 1-2 days out.

If it's 1-2 days and you can't schedule...yeah, that's an issue.

I'm assuming that this isn't some highly volatile thing like NCAA baseball tournaments where the game participants may not have all been locked down or the times set until recently?

Correct. There is no programming information for that channel all day. The programming information for that channel is, "Not available 12:00 AM - 11:00 PM."

No reason. This particular time it was MAV, Channel 1105. But it has happened on other channels too. And MAV has listings on other days.

TITAN TV (which at least used to be AT&T's guide provider for U-verse) is showing a schedule for that channel well into next week.  I don't know why DIRECTV wouldn't have it (unless they've changed guide providers without telling me. :)  )
