Uverse app for iPhone 5s & iPad not working at all.

Every time I try to log in it says "U-verse mobile service is temporarily unavailable" & to try again later. I have tried logging in countless times and I get the same notification every single time. I even updated my iPad & downloaded it there, but the same notification pops up every single time. Is there any solution I could use for this problem because it's really frustrating 😞

I'm sorry to hear that U-verse mobile isn't letting you log in. U-verse online requires the same email login that you use to view att.net for email, att.com for account info, etc. One thing that could help resolve this issue is logging into the att.net website first just to help re-authenticate what services you have and then try U-verse online once more on your device to see if it will allow you access.

 

Also, since you're using an iPhone & iPad, I would suggest double-checking to see if you're on the most recent iOS version. Apple just pushed a new version yesterday (iOS 7.1.2) that may help with this.

 

Also, are you also having this same issue on any other device? Would it be possible to try logging into uverse.com from a desktop/laptop? If you don't have another device to try this on then try opening the Safari web browser on your iPhone and iPad and try accessing http://uverse.com/ instead of using the U-verse app.
