When I log-in to HBO go it says I do not subscribe to HBO but I do- help?
My HBO go also has not worked since I have moved at the end of July. Every time I try to log-in it tells me that I do not have HBO go even though I do have it. I can watch the channel on my TV but can't use the app. I have tried calling 5 times to find a solution and most recently they told me that AT&T is in contract negotiations with HBO about HBO go and so the app just will not work and there is nothing they can do about it. I am frustrated to say the least, would really like to enjoy an app that I specifically pay extra for. Customer service has been zero help, and so I tried calling HBO and they told me it can only be solved through my TV provider. Anyone have this problem?

@elliegolden Click the ATT Uverse Care link in my signature below, send the PM, explain your case of the persistent HBO Go unsubscribed situation.
Include your name, account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
