Your member ID is not authorized to use this app (205.4)

I have recently combined my two IDs into one, using my old ID in place of a new one as a single ID for all logins, per this AT&T website. However, when I attempted to log in the u-verse app with my old ID on my iPhone X, I get the error message that I'm not authorized to use this app. I don't know why this happened. If anyone can help me resolve my issues with it, I would greatly appreciate it.

We'd love to help you troubleshoot your app? Did you try using another device?

To get started, we suggest that you clear cache on your device, uninstall the app, restart the device and then reinstall the app to see if that helps.

We also suggest that you find your ID to make sure you re using the correct ID. Let us know if this helps!
