Am trying to unlock my phone which I have a right to do First went on app ATT Network unlock. This may be a scam some kind of fraud and not actually ATT. Said it was free to unlock and to enter and I entered IMEI number and email which I did. They said success and I would get unlock code in 15-30 m

i have a prepaid plan that charges monthly. Now i try to cancel my plan. Do i have to make a call? Or i can just turn off autopay and leave this account not paying it anymore?
