You can't turn off two-factor authentication entirely. What you can do is make sure, whenever you sign into your account from a new browser or device, that the device is selected as a trusted device so that you won't be prompted for 2FA with every sign-in. However, 2FA will come back whenever you clear your cookies, sign in from a different browser or device, sign in with a different user ID, or forget and reset your password.
