Advanced Active Armor Dual SIM

when using this feature does it automatically apply to both numbers on the same device. (both numbers are ATT postpaid with the advanced feature enabled on account). im using iphone 15 pro and Ive noticed that the caller detail feature is only working with one of the numbers not both. is there a way to have the active armor caller detail work for both numbers at the same time or do am I only able to use one a time.

We understand you're wanting to know if the AT&T ActiveArmor app will work on your Dual SIM Dual Standby (DSDS) device. We're here to help shed some light on things for you. 

 

No, it isn't possible to have the app work for both lines on your DSDS device. The Active Armor mobile security app doesn’t support the option to toggle between SIMs and attach/tie the app to both SIMs. It is not DSDS friendly.

 

Have Active Armor advanced mobile security? You also get:

  1. Caller ID for name and location of caller.
  2. Reverse number lookup for up to 200 U.S. numbers per day.
  3. Theft alerts. These can help you locate a lost or stolen phone. You can choose to set up email alerts for:
    • Multiple failed PIN attempts.
    • SIM has been removed.
    • Airplane mode has been enabled.
    • Your device has been powered off.
  4. AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security uninstalled.
