App won’t let me add personal information
The armor app won’t Let me add emails or phone number or driver’s license. I even upgraded the account so I could add in my info. No luck. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Any thoughts?

Hey there @Pamwhite_me. Let us help you with managing your Active Armor mobile security app.
You can manage your device security options by going to the Active Armor app and go to my Device to enable system. You can also view the features that come with Active Armor and Active Armor Advance and manage the features you choose.
Have you tried adding emails, phone numbers or driver licenses with the Active Armor app uninstalled? If not, try that first before reinstalling the app.

Hello,
how would I add the information while the app is uninstalled? I tried looking for a website that allows a log in and information update but all postings link back to downloading the app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I even upgraded my monthly coverage to include advanced features thinking that would help, but no go. Still unable to update email, phone and DL information.

If the ActiveArmor mobile security app doesn't update properly from the App Store, let's try these steps: (Fix iphone app updates)
Get help from Apple support.
If the Mobile Security app doesn’t update properly from the Google PlayTM Store, try this:(Fix android app updates) Get Play store help from Google.
If that didn’t work, you may have to clear more settings:

I have the same problem. Any of the “Identity Monitoring” fields to add email, drivers license medical ID, etc don’t work. It has the “Add email” text link but clicking it does nothing. I have iPhone 14 Pro with latest iOS 16.3.1 and all apps updated. It has been this way on my iPhone 11 pro over the last year. It has never let me add personal info to monitor.

Exact same issue here as well - no matter how many time's it's been reinstalled.
