AT&T has my Work Number marked as SPAM. Having trouble working from home, due to call forwarding failing all the time.

We have setup it up at work where our phone system forwards incoming calls to our cell phone.

I changed my caller ID in the office ( from my direct DID to the company 800 number) and it started working. However, I need my direct number I have setup to work. Whenever I call from that number my AT&T cell number, my cell doesn't show anything and I just hear the VM.

I know AT&T marked my number as spam for whatever reason.

Is there a URL or something where I can enter the number there to confirm? And submit a query to provide proof that it's my work number and I don't spam people? Any information will be helpful.

( don't want to add my direct work line on this forum)

Hello @RoTrey,

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why you're not receiving these phone calls on your cell phone. Have you ever used the AT&T Call Protect app on your wireless device? If so, have you already checked to make sure that your work phone number isn't listed on your personal block list within the app? Also, are you seeing any spam alerts being displayed before you can receive these phone calls? If so, you can Report an incorrect caller identification in Call Protect at the link provided. Please let us know. We look forward to hearing back from you.

If you are not an AT&T customer, then this doesn't apply to you.  Create your own thread describing your own situation at the level of detail the OP did and maybe someone can help you.
