AT&T is not unlocking 3 phones that have been paid off and meet ALL the requirements for unlocking eligibility
AT&T is not unlocking my 3 phones. I am now missing business calls because of their unethical behavior. My phones have been paid off for over a year and I owe ZERO money. I can only assume because I am switching to another carrier that they are playing games. Very unethical if accurate.
I have already notified my attorney and am documenting all lost calls and potential missed business. There is no reason why this is not a simple, online process within 24 hours.
What is my next move to attempt to resolve this serious problem?

@RTorch If your phones do indeed meet ALL of the unlocking requirements as given on the unlock portal, and you don't get an error message, then it's probably an issue with the unlock portal, which has been reported before. You can file an online complaint with the BBB and that will get forwarded to AT&T Upper Management and someone will contact you. Hiring an attorney will probably be a waste of time and money as you are limited to Binding Arbitration and possibly Small Claims as you agreed to when signing up for service.
