ATT Unlimited Plus Plan in Mexico and Canada...

Question

I'm currently on the ATT Unlimited Plus Plan with several devices / lines on it.  I'm aware that with this plan, while in Mexico or Canada, I'd be covered for Talk, Text and Data as if I was in the USA.  However, when I look at my account online, for all my devices, it says 'International Roaming Blocked'.  In order for my devices to work in Mexico or Canada, do I have to have the 'International Roaming Blocked' feature removed?

I was wondering if you resolved this issue? Did you remove the 'International Roaming Blocked' feature? Were you able to access your full plan while in Mexico?
