Blocked number
We have multiple lines. My husband has a woman co-worker blocked on his phone, through his phone contacts? there?s nothing installed to block the number across our entire account. Periodically I check my son?s (young teenager) usage and phone to ensure he?s following rules, and tonight while in the app looking at usage, this co-workers number is showing up on his phone line. So I looked through his phone for the specific dates and times and they all match up to ?unknown caller? calls, that are marked as missed calls- he never answered them. I then decided to check our other lines and it shows up on my line a couple times too? as a rule I never answer blocked or unknown numbers, and my son knows this rule as well. I?m so baffled. Is it a tech glitch with ATT, that all unknown callers would show up as the same blocked contact?? Or did this woman actually gain access somehow to our other numbers?

Hello @Ruthmarie, we're here to help you check on what's causing this.
Please visit this link to Report unwanted calls & texts.

Your response is of no help at all, it doesn’t answer my question whatsoever.

We understand where you're coming from @Ruthmarie,
From the information you're shared. As, the co-worker seems to be able to con atct your son's line. So, it's best recommemnded to use ActiveArmor to avoid .nwanted calls and texts.
Thank you for reaching out!

Hi RuthMarie, I'm having similar issues and discovered a person can dial *67 plus the desired phone number, getting around a block and displays "no caller ID" on the receiving end. To me it sounds like this person has called you and your son using this method. Your husband has a block set on his phone but this will still bypass his block settings and may display as 000.000.0000 BLOCKED on the ATT call log app. I'm no expert but hope this helps you.
