Calls going to VM
I have a new Samsung S23 Ultra. SOME of my calls are going straight to voice mail. I have the person saved in my contacts as a favorite but whenever they call it goes straight to VM. We can text with no issue. I can call them with no issue. HELP.

Go into your phone app, and go into your settings and make sure that call forwarding is off. Or you can call *21# to ensure that call forwarding is off. If you can't find any reason why it's going straight to voicemail, I would recommend you to call 611.
