Cancel Next up

Cannot find any link on how to cancel next up, I know I've canceled it but it is still charging me for it.

Unfortunately AT&T has removed the ability to remove it on your own. You're going to have to call them and ask them to cancel it. You can have them remove it up to 6 months in arrears.

I bought the phone 5 days ago. The sales person added the $17.00 a month insurance + the next up for $6.00 a month without asking.

I did manage to cancel the insurance. The app says I have to wait 14 days to be able to cancel next up.

Are the sales people suppose to do that without asking...or do they get a commission...I am already upset with AT&T!

They are not supposed to do it without asking. They're supposed to offer you the opportunity to wave both insurance and next up.

Many of the authorized retailers add it anyway. It cannot be added later, but it can be removed later

Thanks for replying. The $6.00 does not bother me. The way that it & insurance was added does. I will have to wait 14 days to cancel the next up.

Supposedly the cancellation on the insurance went through.

If I would not be cutting my nose off to spite my face I would just take the loss & go back to prepaid. I still have 0ne line there. I was only paying $50.00 a month for the 2 lines. Paying $30.00 now for the one. The service seems just as good...
