Can’t verify subscription.
I’ve been given the run around with bot AT&T and Max. They both couldn’t help. It has been confirmed that Max is part of my plan. Any help would be great

Did you make any changes or upgrades to your original plan and did you ever initialize Max at the time?

If your plan included access to Max but you did not create your max account before it was discontinued (2 years ago) you may not be able to do so now.
Those who created an account over 2 years ago, may be able to get assistance to access a service they already were signed up for.
At&T no longer owns HBO and therefore cannot offer it as a free included service.

If you have HBO through your TV service or wireless service you have access to MAX. Link below on how to signup/signin.

@Jermainepayne I never initialized it but I never changed my plan.
That could be the reason then. You needed to establish a subscription at that point in time. It's probably too late now, as @formerlyknownas alluded to.
