My business is not an ATT Customer. How can I confirm my Caller ID is correct your CNAM registry database?

Hey @ JimRadzicki we hear you and understand that the CNAM needs to be updated, we're here to provide the help you need.
We understand how important it is to have the correct Caller ID name listed.
Here are few steps that you can follow:
For clarity please visit- change your display name.
Please note: Parties the customer called prior to the CNAM change may need to clear their address books or Caller ID records on devices that may have saved the previous CNAM name.
Hope this information helps!
Nina, AT&T Community Forum Specialist.

Thanks, however, my first statement was this is not for an ATT customer, but rather, when my call get passed to the ATT network, ATT is overriding the caller ID we set with a value we dont want. How can I make sure ATT has the correct CNAM in your LIDB. The only thing I am aware of is making sure I am correct in HIYA, First Orion and TNS. Does ATT leverage another LIDB and how can I submit the correct CNAM information to it.

The correct answer is by asking your provider to ensure that they're publishing the correct CNAM information to database providers, et al.
The OP mentioned HIYA, who AT&T uses for some services of this nature. You might start there.

We ended up using Free Caller Registry | Home which is a consortium of major providers to try to simply the process. We are still seeing challenges with TMobile #'s not using the updates. But others are getting updated over time.

Thank you. If the HIYA request was already placed, what would be the ETA for the update?

Most providers say expect 4-6 weeks to update.

Can I also get help from AT&T? Recently my "Google My business" name started showing up as my caller ID on my personal cell whenever I call someone. I am an AT&T Customer. Thanks!
