Do phone logs include calls forwarded to voicemail?
If a person claims to have called my phone and left a voicemail, would that incoming call appear on the downloadable call log? If so, would the call show as coming from the caller's number?

Any registered call log will appear in your downloads from AT&T, to download call logs from AT&T, you can follow these steps:
Sign in to your AT&T account and go to "My Usage".
Scroll down to "Usage by Number" and click "See Data, Text and Talk Logs".
Alternatively, you can download the AT&T mobile app to your phone.
You can also view your call history online by signing in to myAT&T for Business.

It only shows on the call log if the phone received it and then forwarded to voicemail (i.e. missed call).
If it went straight to voicemail (phone powered off, airplane mode, no signal, etc.) then it doesn't show as it did not connect to the phone.
