Harman spark app log in

I was somehow logged out of my app and can't log in it won't recognize my attempt to reset I need my log in username. My Accounts are all linked with my name and number. How do I get my username if I can't remember it?

Hello, @always011317. Thank you for clarifying that you are needing information about recovering your username for the Harman Spark app, for your connected car device.

 

We have a wonderful support article about managing the Harman Spark app.

 

Also, you can check your email for the registration email from when you signed up, it should have your username in it. Or you can try to reset your password and have them send you an email which should contain your username.

We'd be more than happy to help you reset your myAT&T app login, to access your Harman Spark car hotspot device again, always011317.

 

Our first recommendation would be use this resource to troubleshoot your myAT&T app login.  Below, you can either reset your password or locate your myAT&T username. 

 

Tips for using the myAT&T app:

 

Sign in with the correct ID and password
Have multiple IDs for your accounts? Like one for wireless and another for AT&T Internet? Make sure to use the right ID with the right account.

Forget your sign-in info? Recover your ID or reset your password.

Restart your device if the app isn't responding
  1. Restart your device, then open the myAT&T app.
  2. Sign in with your user ID and password. Be sure to delete any IDs you’ve saved first.
Reinstall the app if restarting doesn’t help
  1. Delete the myAT&T app from your smartphone or tablet.
  2. Download the latest myAT&T app:
    • Go to att.com/myattapp on your smartphone or tablet.
    • Or text myATT to 556699 from your wireless device. We'll send you a link, so you can download the app.
  3. Install the app, then open it and sign in.

Our second recommendation would be to use this resource to clear your browser history, cache and cookies.  Just please follow the instructions,  per your computer or operating system. 

 

Our third recommendation would be to access our device support module for your Harman Spark hotspot device. 

 

Here, you can browse different device topics like troubleshooting, connectivity, device info and system settings.
