Horrible service by AT&T

Your rep told me when I land in Spain I would automatically have international day pass added to my plan. This did not happen and I face roaming charges. I used your website to add idp but your website constantly says there is an issue on your end. I download the myAT&T app after logging in the app says it is loading my account details then continuously goes back to log in page. Your website cannot help me, your app isn’t working. This is the worse experience I have ever encountered in terms of customer service.

Why not be prepared and add it before leaving?  After all it doesn't charge you unless you connect to a foreign tower and use service. There's absolutely no reason not to add it and leave it on your line.  

You should have received a text as soon as you connected outside USA.  The only reason I can see you would not receive a text is if your plan is not compatible with international day pass.

I have unlimited data etc plan. Rep told me I would be added upon landing. You are right I was naive but I gave the representative the benefit of the doubt.

There was nothing incorrect in the information you were given.

Whether or not you connected and international day pass was added automatically as it should, You will have to take that up directly with AT&T.  

+1.315.925.6925 is the number for International travelers and is free from your AT&T phone. 

If you received the text adding international day pass and you replied no and refused it, then charges would be on a pay-per-use basis (and are very expensive)

Well nothing was automatically added, I was not messaged etc. I called that customer service number you provided but being in Spain (time difference no rep available with 6 hour difference) used roaming to conduct what business I needed to etc…. I will take it up with AT&T. The app also failed as did the website when I tried multiple times to add Idp on airport wifi……
