How can I TEMPORARILY disable my ActiveArmour?

I am unable to receive a call back from any number that is not in my contacts. It gets blocked every time.

Hey there @1loyaluser, we want to make sure you're receiving those calls.

You're able to adjust the ActiveArmor mobility security app's settings, so you can choose which type of calls are blocked and which aren't. All you need to do is follow the steps below.

  1. Open the ActiveArmor mobile security app and tap Calls.
  2. Scroll to Network call preferences.
  3. Choose one:
    • Block caller: You can block calls from your call log, contact list, or manually.
    • Fraud calls: This is automatically set to Block for your protection. You can choose to flag these calls or send them to voicemail.
    • Nuisance calls: This is automatically set to Enabled. You can choose to flag, block or send to voicemail each category. Categories include political, spam risks, surveys, nonprofits, private calls, telemarketers, and account services.
    • Unknown callers: This defaults to Allowed. You can also choose to send to voicemail.

Please let us know if this helps.

This app and these answers are trash!

Network call preferences. Nope,  doesnt exist, its all Routing Settings

And none of the options in the answer are correct, its really:

  • Fraud Risk calls:
  • Spam Risk Calls:
  • Private Callers
  • My Contacts

How do I option to get calls from a hospital phone exchange when the numbers will always be different? How do I turn off call protect temporarily? How can I and let good numbers through without allowing everything through? Is that what the "Private Callers option is?

How in the (Edited per community guidelines) can ATT let trash like this out without testing it first? Because this never should have been put on my phone, as broken as it is. Embarrassing.
