Hello @Leemclaughlin,

We understand that you would need Set up Onstar account, and let's shed some light on this.

To set up your OnStar account, follow these steps:

  1. Activate OnStar Services: Activate OnStar Services
    • You can activate your OnStar services in one of the following ways:
      • Through the OnStar Website:
        • Visit the OnStar website and log in to your account (or create one if you haven’t already).
        • Follow the prompts to activate your services.
      • By Phone:
        • Call OnStar’s customer service at the number provided in your vehicle’s documentation.
        • An OnStar representative will guide you through the activation process.
  2. Provide Vehicle Information: Provide Vehicle Information:
    • During the activation process, you may need to provide information about your vehicle, including its Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). This helps OnStar associate your vehicle with your account.

Hope this helps! Feel free to revert for any further questions.

Not helpful, I have a data plan through Onstar that claims I have an AT&T account but I have no account number, no user ID or name so there are no options for finding out what that information might be.
