How do you remove Next Up add on?

I paid off my phone and want to remove Next Up as an add-on. How do I do that?

Asurion/NextUp - you can remove at any time, but not until the 14 day return period has run out. The only issue with waiting longer is making the billing harder to fix. You can't add Next Up after the purchase and have to add insurance within 30 days.

So is the Next Up add-on charge for all phones together in one charge ($6) or is each phone charged for the Next Up separately? I only have this on one phone that I added to my service last month. The other three do not show this charge.

I purchased this phone for my elderly mother. We did the payment plan at the start but I went ahead and paid it off today. I am lucky enough for her to figure out this phone much less swapping around so often to a new one.

If your phone is paid off next up would be removed automatically.

If you intend to pay out all of your installments whether at all at once or over the full term of the installment loan, you should not have next up on it at all.  Next up is something that can be removed at any time during your installment loan, but it cannot be added after the fact. Please make sure you pay attention when you make a purchase, and read your bill on a regular basis for accuracy. During the 14-day return window is the time to make sure that features are added that you want. After the 14-day window you can remove features you don't want.
