iPhone payment
Is there a way to pay just towards your phone cost, and not phone usage.

To have phone payments requires phone service which requires phone bill.
To not have a phone bill, can cancel the service resulting in the remaining balance becoming immediately due.
Would lose all monthly credits, the 36 month interest free loan on phone purchase with credits is because you agreed to 36 months of monthly billing for service.

No. You cannot make partial payments, or accelerated payments.
Your option would be to pay off the phone in its entirety which you can do in your online bill.
