Managing Number Sync Feature leads to infinite 3 page loop

While trying to manage number sync settings, the browser and app across 3 separate devices will lead me through an infinite loop of making me sign in and select a device before taking me back to the original device management screen. I have cleared cache/cookies, restarted all 3 devices in question (one phone, one laptop, one pc), and the result is always the same.

Number sync is a flawed program.  It does not work well with Android devices.

That said, number sync is designed to mirror your phone on a secondary device, a tablet or a smartwatch. It does work with Alexa, connected car, and it can work with a MacBook.

It will not work with a PC.    

Are the devices in question all in the Apple ecosphere?

Yes, the phone and watch line that I am attempting to link are both Apple devices. However, this issue is occurring outside of the devices themselves, as I’m not even getting far enough in the process to view the “number sync” feature. It seems like an app/website issue. 

The laptop and pc I mentioned were just to show that it wasn’t just the app/website not working on my phone or on one browser, but across multiple platforms and browsers.
