MAX Access

I try to log into Max through my AT&T Unlimited Plus plan and get the following: Can?t Verify Subscription It looks like you don?t have access to Max through this provider. If you think this is a mistake, please contact your provider directly. You can also try connecting through another provider. How do I access MAX as it is part of my plan?

@GGourlay  Have you updated or modified your plan since you first set it up? Did you ever login to Max (when it was HBO Max)? AT&T no longer has anything to do with Max now that it has been sold to WBD (Warner Brothers/Discovery). Max now controls who has access and at what level.

You can try this, or try contacting AT&T Support to see if they can transfer your creds to Max:

Contact Max Support at 855-442-6629, or go to Max.com, sign in with your AT&T login on a laptop, phone or tablet first,  and then create a Max username and password. You can then use that username and password to sign in on your television or other devices by “sign in” instead of signing in with the provider. That has worked for some but not all.
