Mobile Device Network Event Notifications
We are looking for a way to receive enterprise mobile network device event notifications.
...same as daily usage reports... except real-time, maybe posted to a webhook.
Where would we look for this type of subscription?

I'd try posting your query in the Business forums. I don't know that the facility exists or not, just you'd have a better chance of getting attention of someone over there. The link to the Business forums is on the bottom of this page.
