Reward was never.. never delivered to me

i'm a new mobile user.

05/12/2024 : Reward claimed
05/17/2024 : Reward mailed

but, $500 Reward was never delivered to me

I heard from the person(reward center) in charge of your company that someone took my card illegally

and suprisingly ATT is not responsible for lost or stolen card at all !!!

Why should I be totally responsible for what happened during the delivery process? I think your company is responsible for delivering the card to me correctly.

Even if you send the card again, do you think I should be responsible for this again if the same problem occurs in the delivery process?

Your company is thought to be doing something seriously wrong with your customers.

No matter how much I think about it, I don't understand at all.
Should the customer take full responsibility in the event of such a problem?

I've never heard of a customer being responsible for all the problems that occurred in the shipping process.

Yes, you are the victim when you mail is stolen; I'm not sure why you think the sender has any power to guarantee it won't happen.

You should try calling back the Reward Center and asking if they can cancel the other card and send it again.

You can also try filing a BBB complaint to get escalated to someone at AT&T who might have more power to get you something.

Yeah AT&T can prevent this by stop using these dopey prepaid cards and just put the credit on the bill. That's what they did in 2014 when I switched in. I had so many lines I switched over from Verizon, that by the time they kicked in all the credits two or three months later I had no bill to pay for a couple of months.

I get it They do it this way because some people want to pay off their previous service provider.  I still say it makes no difference, either you're paying your new provider or your old provider and you have to pay your old provider before they send you to collections.

Somebody kick that soapbox out from underneath me please 😂
